To increase their visibility and search engine ranking, Ready Set Launch ran two separate websites side-by-side (EyesOrangeville.ca vs. OptometristsOrangeville.com) to compete on search rankings and to assess the results. OptometristsOrangeville.com was the winner in the search engine rankings test. By subscribing to a monthly optimization program, Dr. Orr and Dr. Brodie receive continuing statistics for their website that will allow for continual improvements and updates to be made.

Client: One99 Restaurant

One99 is a popular fine dining restaurant in Orangeville. The owner’s goal was to develop a client database from client loyalty programs in order to identify and deepen the relationships with their customer base. The owner wanted a solution that once it was set up, would run itself.

Ready Set Launch set up a marketing program to drive online users to the One99 website, where they could sign up for a free birthday dinner or a free dessert anniversary club. The software that runs this permission-based email marketing allows for clients who initially sign up for their promotion to receive their voucher every year, for as long as the promotion runs. Because it is all automated, there is no additional work to be done by the restaurant in terms of follow ups or record-keeping. The results to date? Through email marketing automation, One99 has had over 3,300 clients sign up for the Free Birthday Celebration Coupon and more than 950 couples sign up for the Free Anniversary Club.
